The hospital where my Uncle was when he passed a few weeks ago, is located close to the Seattle Public Library. To take a break from the drama unfolding; repeating with each new visitor, like a scene from "Groundhog's Day", I took refuge in the library where the old newspaper clippings are kept and leather bound books from centuries past, give off a smell that gives me a sense of...comfort??
A few minutes turned into hours.
your art. Stunning. My media is much different but creating is my passion, whether I'm building a jump box for my owl, oiling a work of art that used to be driftwood or sketching and correcting a precious photograph damaged with age, it's art. Creating something that is only in MY head. No one else's. I get you.
Thank you for sharing. I'll do the same one of these days!

Absolutely gorgeous trees.
Glad you like them, Donna. Thanks.
You and I are so much alike it's scary.
I've just begun to write my library story.
